FAQs

All Nationalities excluding US Citizens/US Green Card Holders. Must be over Age 18.

Investments are made via bank transfer to the Convo Invest Bank Account, as a Preferred Share into Convo Holdings. Each Share Unit has a value of 250 Euros, so investments must be made in multiples of 250 Euros – 250, 500, 750.

3 years in Euros only.

– 10% per annum Paid semi-annually.
– Plus a 1% share of the annual profit of the Piraeus Hotel.
– Free stay at any Convo Hotel properties (between 1 and 5 days depending on the amount invested) and a discount on longer stays.
– Referral Payment of 2% of every investment referred.

Preferred Shares have preferential treatment compared to Common Shares.

Earnings will be credited to each investor’s bank account each 6 months.

Investments should be held for the 3-year term. Convo Holdings will attempt to provide liquidity/free bed nights in case of earlier exit, whose terms will be defined.

Securities with a transparent shareholder register visible on a blockchain.

Requests to be sent to reservations@theconvo.com Preferably 1-2 months in advance to secure availability (blackout periods will apply).
